The Person

The person behind
this space

The person who holds this space

Art Chulaluck is a space for returning to see yourself, through writing, listening, and reflection, so that what is happening within can gradually be seen as it is.

Art Chulaluck

Art Chulaluck grew slowly from a simple belief…

Sometimes what a person needs
is not more answers.

It is a space gentle enough
for what is inside to gradually be seen.

A space that does not rush to conclude,
does not rush to fix,
and does not rush to tell you how you should feel.

The Path Here

The path that led to this space

My Journey

From the outside, my life was what most people would have called "on track."

I was a good daughter, a good student, and a good employee.

I studied accounting because it was a secure path, took the CPA exam because it was the next step, then went on to an MBA.

Everything unfolded the way it was supposed to. And I was good at it.

So good that I forgot to ask myself whether I actually wanted any of it.

One morning, I woke up with a feeling I could not name.

Outwardly nothing had changed, but inside nothing was the same anymore.

I did not know what I was looking for.

I only knew that the life I had believed would make me happy was not what I had believed it to be.

The first question that came was not "what should I do," but "what has happened to my life?"

And after that came a question that stayed with me for a long time: "I am not happy. What now?"

I did not find an answer right away. But those questions slowly changed the way I looked at life.

I began to pause. To notice myself. To admit that I did not know. And slowly, to learn to be honest with myself.

Looking back, I think that was where everything began.

Not the day I found an answer,
but the day I began to make room for the question.

Along the Way

What I learned along the way

To be here

Along the way, I discovered books, met people, and explored many different tools.

But the more I learned, the more I understood that what I was looking for was not the most correct method, but a way that was in keeping with what I believe.

Over the years, I have had the chance to listen to many people's stories.

Each person arrives with a story of their own. No two lives are alike, and no story should be summarised in a hurry.

The more I listened, the more I learned to slow down.

Slow enough not to rush to interpret, not to declare what is happening, and not to assume I held anyone's answer.

Real listening does not begin with trying to understand as quickly as possible. It begins with staying with what is not yet understood.

When someone has a space where they do not have to explain themselves quickly, or be strong quickly, and where they need not fear being judged,

much of what was unseen tends to appear on its own.

Not because anyone told them how to think or how to feel,

but because they had room to listen honestly to what was happening within.

Those experiences make me believe, more and more, that no one needs to become someone else.

Often, we simply need a space gentle enough
to gradually see ourselves as we are.

Why Bach Flower Remedies

What led me to Bach Flower Remedies

A gentle way of listening to what the heart is feeling

My beginning with Bach Flower Remedies came from curiosity.

At the time, I simply wanted to learn what it was, so I began studying it and trying it on myself.

The more I learned and used it, the more I found that what drew me in was its simplicity.

A simplicity that does not try to explain who we are, but invites us to turn back and notice what is happening within.

It begins with a single, simple question.

"What are you feeling right now?"

For me, that question matters more than rushing to an answer.

Because as we begin to notice and be honest about what is happening within, understanding tends to follow.

The more I used it with myself, the more I saw that what mattered to me was not only the remedies, but the way they invite us to stay with ourselves, gently.

Without rushing to judge, to fix, or to push away what we are feeling.

That is why Bach Flower Remedies gradually became part of the work I do.

As a gentle tool that supports the journey back to listening to yourself, and slowly seeing yourself as you are.

How I Practice

How I practice

How I practice

I am a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner (BFRP), registered with The Bach Centre in England, and I practice under the Bach Foundation Code of Practice.

Along the way, I have kept learning: through study, through practice, through returning to listen to and understand myself, and through the experience of the people I have had the chance to walk alongside.

Qualifications and training set a standard for the work. But what I try to hold onto is listening with gentleness and curiosity, and never assuming I hold someone else's answer.

I believe the role of someone holding this space is not to tell you which way to go, but to walk alongside you, so that you can gradually see what is true for yourself, and find your own next step at your own pace.
